Wuyckhuyse Family, Netherlands Stayed October 2023

Owner John is a very friendly person who communicated to perfection with us during the booking process as well as during our stay. The villa itself is perfect for your trip. Bedrooms, bathroom, living area, pool… Everything was clean and up-to-date. No shortages of anything. Enough towels in the bathrooms, plates and glasses in the kitchen. All in all a lovely stay and we will keep John’s villa in our favorite list of locations in Florida.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hillcrest Villa. It was a superb location for Disney and the drive to Universal was reasonably straightforward. Berry Town Centre is literally 5 minutes away with a Publix Supermarket and choice of restaurants.

The villa was great and cleaned to a high standard with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything that we needed was provided and when we had a minor issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally by the management  company.

We also took advantage of the pool which and the patio which was much needed when we had rest days between our park visits.

John, the villa owner, was outstanding. His communication before, during and after the booking process was so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all e-mails quickly. The phone calls were a nice personal touch too.

The biggest compliment I can pay is that we would not hesitate to book the villa again and thanks again John for helping to make our trip a memorable one.

This place was an absolute beauty of a find. After days and days of looking on the internet my daughter and I came across this villa at the same time. Family meeting time and villa booked. I’m a little reluctant to give a good review because it’s such a gem and we want to be able to use it again without having availability issues!!!! John (the owner) stayed in regular touch with us both before, during and after our holiday which we massively appreciated. His home is truly beautiful and perfectly located within easy reach of the parks. The villa is immaculately clean and has everything you could need for your stay including a very welcome swimming pool which we used…..a lot!  It’s soooo hot in August and the pool was a lovely early morning swim, afternoon break, late night dip. There is Walmart and Publix within a 5 minute drive for those essentials so no need to panic if you run out of loo roll or tea bags! We will be staying here again without question as long as John will have us that is! Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.  To quote Arnie ‘we’ll be back!’.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hillcrest villa. Great location, close to Berry town centre, with a Publix, takeaways and restaurants. Easy drive to Disney and Universal. John is helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and responds quickly to any enquiry. We would recommend and intend to use again on our next visit to Orlando.

We have just returned from our second two week stay at this villa. The villa is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The lounge area is comfortable and the sofas are just what’s needed after a long day trekking round theme parks! The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of hanging/storage space.We made good use of the pool out the back (every day!) which was heated to just the right temperature. Checking in and out was straightforward and the directions were easy to follow. The villa is in a quiet residential area, just a short drive from the Disney parks and the restaurants on highway 192. If we return to Orlando, we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you for providing a great base for our holiday!

The house is great. It’s in a perfect location. The host has amazing communication skills. If and when you need anything he answers very quickly. The house is also very clean. Their is also lots of security to make you feel safe.

We found this Villa ideally located for the Parks and Attractions, Restaurants, Shopping and even a 20 minute walk to the local Berry Town Centre which we found great including Irish Bar, Restaurants, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip shop and bar, Thai Restaurant, Burger Takeaway, Chicken Takeaway and much more.
We loved the pool area with space to lounge and sunbathe. Lovely Villa inside with all we needed and lovely decoration throughout. The games room was great as we are quite sporty and competitive.

The only regret I have is not being able to stay longer! We loved our stay at the Villa! It was clean, had pretty much everything we needed, and is only about 10 mins from anything we needed including like stores and restaurants! The host, John, did an excellent job keeping up with communication and was very accommodating to all our needs.

We had a great time at this home as it had everything we needed and in a lovely, quiet location …. restful after the busy parks that are conveniently situated around 20 minutes or so away. Cleanest home we have stayed in for several years with quite a private garden area and lovely pool.

The Owner and Manager were on hand if we had needed assistance. The owner was great with help and information during booking process. Will definitely recommend and return to this home again.

In all of this chaos at this time with corona virus pandemic, we were safe and comfortable. The
home is very nicely supplied with linens and an entire full kitchen. The games room
provides a ping pong table, dart board, pool table, laundry facilities, strollers
and noodles for the pool. The beds are comfortable. The living room is comfortable
and cozy. If you’re a TV watcher, 3 of the 4 bedrooms provide approximately 15″
screens and you should be prepared with a Fire Stick or device if you have children
and allow them bedroom television. There is a 47″TV in the lounge. This home is awesome and I would absolutely book here again. Mr. Skidmore is a Super Host.”
