We had a great time at this villa. Communication with host was extremelly fast, initially there were 5 of us and a few days before the trip we added three more people, advised this to John and he was very accomodating (as long as we kept within the house limit) which was very nice. The house was clean when we arrived, everything was organized and the pool was heated. This house is perfect for a stay in Florida, the kitchen has everything you need, the game area is a nice add-on.

This property is just a short 20-25 minute drive to all the major theme parks in the area and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The pool was spotless and we loved that it is screened in to keep the bugs out. The older ones loved ending the night listening to music while playing pool or ping pong in the garage and it was located in a spot that wouldn’t bother the sleeping children.

If you are looking for an Orlando villa look no further.  This is a lovely property on the Disney doorstep and central for many venues. A well maintained property with an owner who treats you like royalty throughout your booking  and stay. A first class experience and a bonus for any golfers with so many courses within 30 mins drive. We will be back….promise!

This a wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going to the Disney parks. Not a long drive! The house is nice and spacious and fits 8 people perfectly. Both the bathrooms were nice! The shower in the master bathroom is very accessible. A lovely place.

Owner John is a very friendly person who communicated to perfection with us during the booking process as well as during our stay. The villa itself is perfect for your trip. Bedrooms, bathroom, living area, pool… Everything was clean and up-to-date. No shortages of anything. Enough towels in the bathrooms, plates and glasses in the kitchen. All in all a lovely stay and we will keep John’s villa in our favorite list of locations in Florida.

Ryan Family, Liverpool, UK : Stayed 18 August – 1^st September 2022

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hillcrest Villa. It was a superb location for Disney and the drive to Universal was reasonably straightforward. Berry Town Centre is literally 5 minutes away with a Publix Supermarket and choice of restaurants.

The villa was great and cleaned to a high standard with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything that we needed was provided and when we had a minor issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally by the management  company.

We also took advantage of the pool which and the patio which was much needed when we had rest days between our park visits.

John, the villa owner, was outstanding. His communication before, during and after the booking process was so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all e-mails quickly. The phone calls were a nice personal touch too.

The biggest compliment I can pay is that we would not hesitate to book the villa again and thanks again John for helping to make our trip a memorable one.

Harris Family, Abergele, Wales – Stayed August 2022

This place was an absolute beauty of a find. After days and days of looking on the internet my daughter and I came across this villa at the same time. Family meeting time and villa booked. I’m a little reluctant to give a good review because it’s such a gem and we want to be able to use it again without having availability issues!!!! John (the owner) stayed in regular touch with us both before, during and after our holiday which we massively appreciated. His home is truly beautiful and perfectly located within easy reach of the parks. The villa is immaculately clean and has everything you could need for your stay including a very welcome swimming pool which we used…..a lot!  It’s soooo hot in August and the pool was a lovely early morning swim, afternoon break, late night dip. There is Walmart and Publix within a 5 minute drive for those essentials so no need to panic if you run out of loo roll or tea bags! We will be staying here again without question as long as John will have us that is! Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.  To quote Arnie ‘we’ll be back!’.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hillcrest villa. Great location, close to Berry town centre, with a Publix, takeaways and restaurants. Easy drive to Disney and Universal. John is helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and responds quickly to any enquiry. We would recommend and intend to use again on our next visit to Orlando.

Simmonite Family, Sheffield, UK Stayed April 2022

We have just returned from our second two week stay at this villa. The villa is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The lounge area is comfortable and the sofas are just what’s needed after a long day trekking round theme parks! The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of hanging/storage space. We made good use of the pool out the back (every day!) which was heated to just the right temperature. Checking in and out was straightforward and the directions were easy to follow. The villa is in a quiet residential area, just a short drive from the Disney parks and the restaurants on highway 192. If we return to Orlando, we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you for providing a great base for our holiday!

We found this Villa ideally located for the Parks and Attractions, Restaurants, Shopping and even a 20 minute walk to the local Berry Town Centre which we found great including Irish Bar, Restaurants, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip shop and bar, Thai Restaurant, Burger Takeaway, Chicken Takeaway and much more.
We loved the pool area with space to lounge and sunbathe. Lovely Villa inside with all we needed and lovely decoration throughout. The games room was great as we are quite sporty and competitive.

The only regret I have is not being able to stay longer! We loved our stay at the Villa! It was clean, had pretty much everything we needed, and is only about 10 mins from anything we needed including like stores and restaurants! The host, John, did an excellent job keeping up with communication and was very accommodating to all our needs.

Seemoney Persaud, USA – Stayed September 2021

We had a great time at this home as it had everything we needed and in a lovely, quiet location …. restful after the busy parks that are conveniently situated around 20 minutes or so away. Cleanest home we have stayed in for several years with quite a private garden area and lovely pool.

The Owner and Manager were on hand if we had needed assistance. The owner was great with help and information during booking process. Will definitely recommend and return to this home again.
