It was a very nice neighborhood quiet and a lot of privacy! Anytime I needed anything or had an issue they were there to help with no problems. My kids loved the private pool! We stayed for 7 days and it was awesome!!! Will definitely be back to stay there!!💕x

In all of this chaos at this time with corona virus pandemic, we were safe and comfortable. The
home is very nicely supplied with linens and an entire full kitchen. The games room
provides a ping pong table, dart board, pool table, laundry facilities, strollers
and noodles for the pool. The beds are comfortable. The living room is comfortable
and cozy. If you’re a TV watcher, 3 of the 4 bedrooms provide approximately 15″
screens and you should be prepared with a Fire Stick or device if you have children
and allow them bedroom television. There is a 47″TV in the lounge. This home is awesome and I would absolutely book here again. Mr. Skidmore is a Super Host.”

The heated pool was wonderful after a hot day in the parks, lovely to relax in. The
location was also excellent on a quiet road. It was not far from the parks and

This villa had everything you need and lots of baby equipment which was great. Pool heat cost was the best I’ve had and helped keep costs reasonable. I found the villa to be excellent value for money in a quiet neighbourhood. As we were doing universal and SeaWorld we had to battle the I4 everyday which is really busy so allow extra time for your journey but if your doing Disney going on the 192 would miss the I4 making it a better journey. Johns communication has been brilliant from day 1 and included a phone call when we returned which was a lovely touch. No issues with the management company either who helped us out with an issue on the day of check in. Overall a great stay if I could just magic away the traffic in Orlando it would’ve been perfect (this would’ve been the same whether we stayed and is not specific to this villa!) Thanks John hopefully we will be back 🙂

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It was around a 20 -30 minute drive to Disney. The villa itself is well equipped and had everything we needed. We had reason to contact the managing agents regarding 2 small matters, receiving a swift and positive resolution both times. The service from the owner of the villa was outstanding, answering any questions quickly and efficiently. The villa is bright and airy with a lovely pool area with plenty of seating. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a lovely holiday home.

Myself and my family stayed at Johns Villa for our first holiday to Florida. We were looked after from booking point. John was very attentive when dealing with all our enquiries. We were provided with excellent information for arrival and how to get to the property. Once we arrived, we were all over the moon with the property. The villa was very well presented, very clean and contained excellent facilities. My girls loved their rooms and the pool area was a massive hit. The villa was extremely close to fab restaurants and easy access to the highways to get to all parks. We loved our stay at this villa and recommend you give it a go. We had a long flight from Europe to Orlando but arriving in such a wonderful, clean and well arranged accommodation gave us a very comfortable start of our holiday trip. John has been great to us, the communication was very good and no detail was forgotten. The rooms were lovely and the pool was great. The location is great, nearby all parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Whenever we go back to Orlando, we will definitely see if this is available again.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. The feeling is really of a home from home with a relaxing family lounge, excellent pool area and games room, large welcoming bedrooms and a fantastic well appointed kitchen – it really has everything you need. It is only a short 20 minute drive to the Disney area attractions and outlet malls in Orlando and is in a really lovely area in Davenport with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would heartily recommend this villa to anyone especially families as it suited us perfectly. We stayed in August 2018 for 11 nights after a week in a Disney hotel – it truly felt like a relaxing break after the hustle and bustle of the Disney bubble!

The property was very clean and in an excellent location just off the US 192. The rooms were really spacious and perfect for families and young couples like us who just needed a quiet location.

It was very close to disney and very close to the publix and other local amenities.

The owners communication was excellent leading up and throughout our stay and was extremely accommodating.

I absolutely recommend this property to couples and families because it has its own pool and is perfect for kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It has a nice pool and the kids loved the games room ! The property was clean and very well maintained. It has 4 bedrooms so our 3 kids had their own room. We had a great 2 week stay at this Villa. It was super clean and felt just like home. Our boys looooooved the Heated Pool. Kitchen was outfitted with everything needed to prepare meals etc. I would absolutely book this Villa again.

The location is excellent, close to all Parks, many restaurants and ample shopping. This is a corner lot that offers some privacy and was surprisingly quiet. The villa was nicely laid out with plenty of room for our group of 5 (and had room for more guests, too). We loved the personal touches (e.g., inflatable alligator and air mattress in the pool, puzzles and books/magazines for guests to enjoy on ‘down’ days). John, the owner, even called to ensure we arrived safely and to check on our satisfaction with the property. We would recommend this property to a friend.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. We were here for Disney with our children. It was an easy drive of about 15 minutes to the parks. On days that we were not at the park it was nice to have a heated pool to swim in. There was an alarm on the door going to pool which we liked because we have small children. Also ping pong table and pool table were a nice bonus. John the owner was also very nice and responsible when we had questions. I definitely feel like we got more than what we payed for.

Stayed September / October 2017
We had a great stay in this villa for 12nights in September/October. It is ideally located for Disney – only about 15mins drive, and approx 35-40mins to Universal area. The villa really does have everything you could possibly need!! The bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms clean, and there is ample space for relaxing in the lounge area. The open plan dining room/kitchen/lounge is great with lots of space. The pool was lovely, nice and warm, with plenty of room to relax, and seating for al-fresco dining. The games room provided us with plenty of fun during the occasional downpour. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you John for a great stay!! Liz & Owain
