Dwyer Family: Hertfordshire, United Kingdom Stayed Christmas & New Year 2016-17

We had an amazing stay at John’s villa, it was perfect for our family and had everything we could possible need and more. Our favourites apart from the obvious large heated pool were the pool table, table tennis and strangely the universal studios and SeaWorld refilling cups, saved us $50 at least. The villa is clean, spacious and in a great central location. Could not find a fault if I tried. Thanks John, hopefully we will be back soon !

Location is perfect, close to all parks and shopping, good location to accommodate day adventures too. House is clean, stocked, well maintained and help is available for whatever questions you might have during your stay. Feels like home away from home. We have been staying here for 5 years now and our family thinks of it as home.

Beautifully laid out villa and extremely well equipped. Accurate description on the website. Well maintained throughout with good comms from John before, during and after our stay. Certainly recommend this property and will be looking to book again for our next trip.

November 2016 – The home was clean on arrival. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery if you wanted to Stay in and cook. We ate out most of the time. Walmart 5 mins up H27 north, or Publix a bit nearer H27 south. Chilis restaurant just past walmart and bahama breeze, longhorns steak house just down the 192 all good restaurants. Disney world about 15 mins away. Universal about 30 mins but depends on traffic on the I4.If you like basketball, go and see Orlando Magic. It’s a good night. About an hour to the Amway centre. Overall no complaints about our stay at this home. John the owner phoned a couple of times during our stay, and I’m sure he will be able to answer any questions before you travel. We would recommend.

Stayed August 2016 – Smith Family UK

This was the first time we had rented a private villa and John made the process very simple for us. The villa is very clean, spacious and comfortable with a home to home feel. The pool is lovely to come home to after a long day at the parks. It is a great location for all the attractions and many of the restaurants and supermarkets. Although we had a great time in Orlando one of us had to return to the UK early and this is when you realise that this villa which has everything you need also comes with fantastic customer service. When John and his management team realised the problem they offered lots of support. He made regular contact with the party in Orlando and also the person who returned home. We would definitely recommend the villa. Thanks John

My family and I were lucky to stay in this fabulous villa for three weeks! We had the most amazing time. The villa is in the perfect location, close to theme parks, supermarkets, outlets and restaurants etc. The villa itself has absolutely everything you need. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with a home from home feel. A great base for visiting the many attractions available, then to return to a beautiful pool where you can relax in the peaceful surroundings. Definitely recommended! We can’t wait to return for our third visit!

This was an all action packed Disney holiday and we really did pick a wonderful Villa that had everything we needed. Located 15 minutes from Disney attractions, lovely inside and out, superb south facing pool, very quiet location. This was great for our kids, and made this a dream holiday for us all. We loved it and will be back to your Villa John.

Brilliant location, villa was well equipped for all our needs, being travelling to Florida for the past 10 years, never go back to the same villa, but would definitely stay here again. Thank you John for letting us stay.

 

Norris Family USA

Decided to take the family to Disney for a week and found a great deal here. The home is approx 15 minutes, 8-10 miles, from the happiest place on earth and well worth the drive to save a ton of money over Disney resort prices. The home is conveniently located with many restaurants and grocery stores within a couple miles. Although we were a little skeptical at first with the corner lot it was actually a very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family stayed here for 3 months. The home featured 4 bedroom and 2 baths and a Private pool. What made the experience above and beyond was the service. Both the owner and property management team continued to check in to make sure everything was well. They called us, we never had to search for them. The location, may be new for a few people looking to go to Disney World, but being on the West side, just next to Kissimmee, was a great location. We were able to get to the Parks very quickly, and shopping and anything else. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Thanks John!

Excellent value for money. Really Modern Villa, Superb communication and response time. Great location for Disney and essentials shopping. Amazing villa, everything you could wish for very clean and accommodating! The pool area was the kids favourite as well as the games room. John the villa owner was excellent in ensuring we had a great time! Will definitely recommend it to family and friends, and hope to come back soon!

This is our second stay here so that says it all as we rarely return to the same accommodation whilst on holiday. Everything here is great from the location to the standard of the villa.
The location is excellent, we travelled extensively and everything was within easy reach including Kennedy Space Centre and the beautiful Clearwater beach. There is a small shopping complex around two minutes drive away and we actually walked a couple of times and this only takes around fifteen minutes. Here you will find a Publix spermarket, various take away shops and even a couple of bars.
You are within easy reach of all the main theme parks, in fact as said before everything you wish to see, visit or do is easy accessible from the villa.
The villa itself is beautiful, it’s furnished to a high standard and is so comfortable. There is everything here you could possibly need and even more that you never thought of. Towels are provided in abundance for the bathrooms and for the pool so no need to pack these into your luggage. There is a washer and dryer and as we were on a two centre holiday (Chattanooga first for son’s graduation ceremony) we made good use of these facilities. We didn’t bring too many clothes with us from the UK as we wanted to take advantage of all the bargains to be had in the numerous shopping malls and boy did we …. The pool area is a lovely area to sit out in the sun or to relax on an evening with a nice meal and a few drinks and is really private and so quiet. There is plenty of space here both inside and out, we were a party of six adults and never felt overcrowded at all. The owner calls to make sure everything is ok for you and there are local numbers to call should you need anything. All in all another great stay here and we hope for many more.

The house was perfect for our vacation! We have two young kids, so staying at a hotel can be a task. The house was perfect. We relaxed, enjoyed the pool, and had a great family vacation! We will definitely return!

We stayed for 2 weeks January 10-24, 2015, at this beautiful property.
my husband, 3 boys, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely opt to rent this property again.
John, the owner, made us feel welcome….he called on our second day to make sure everything was going well, and again before we left. There was a 24hour property management team, in which we did not have to use during our stay.
The heated pool was great after long days at the amusement parks.
We really liked the fact that everything was close by, dunkin donuts, Wal-Mart, supermarkets…etc… The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which was lovely when relaxing by the pool.

We would definitely rent this property again.

This is the second time we have stayed at johns villa and just like last time it is immaculate, and we had a fabulous stay. The pool is perfect for a relaxing between the parks and it’s only a short drive to the supermarket and disney. The villa itself is very clean and tidy and like a home from home- the bedrooms are perfect sizes and there is lots of storage for cases etc. the kitchen has everything you could ever think of needing and the washing machine and dryer are huge and very easy to use. This is the perfect villa for an orlandonstayband we will definitely be using again in a few years. Many thanks John

This property was everything the listing said it would be. We brought our family down to see family that lived close by.
John check on us a few times to make sure things were great and if there was anything needed something you don’t get a hotels! We have friends that will be making a trip to Florida and are going to recomend this place for them! We plan on coming back!
